Elite Access User Agreement

This Agreement is between Mokhtar Group Inc., a California, USA registered company ("Mokhtar Group"), and Users of the Elite Access plan (AKA. Client). By using the platform, Users agree to the terms.

Elite Access Plan: Client receives free services and consultations under the Elite Access plan for 30 days, including consultations in the following areas: sales, marketing, technology, eLearning, international recruitment, investor relations, and international legal matters. Furthermore, Client receives partner perks and discounts, 100 free B2B leads, business templates, and access to our mobile app.

Paid Clients: Paid clients (AKA. Prime Clients) with a 12-month or long-term commitment enjoy additional "Prime benefits" and large discounts unavailable to Elite Access users. If needed, Elite Access Users can upgrade their accounts to Prime Clients at any time.

Termination: Mokhtar Group can cancel this Agreement without notice at its discretion.

Access Restrictions: Users must not share platform access with third parties, including their vendors.

Marketing Materials: Mokhtar Group may display Users' company names in marketing materials without revealing confidential data.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Both parties agree to an NDA. Users won't share Mokhtar Group's methods, tactics, or data. Mokhtar Group won't disclose User information to third parties (e.g., salesforce.com, Google, WordPress, etc.) except to authorized vendors if Users request it and upon written confirmation from the User.

Jurisdiction: This Agreement follows California, USA laws.

By using the platform, Users confirm they've read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
